About Overtime:

Overtime is a blog about achieving your athletic goals and helping athletes of all ages achieve the goals that they desire. You will find posts on workouts, nutrition, and motivation that will help aid in your process to achieving these goals. This blog will be updated Tuesday, and Thursday of each week with original content inspired by my experiences and my research.

About the Author:

My name is Tanner Stephens and I am an athlete. I have been an athlete for a majority of my life now. In high school I participated in football, basketball, and track and field. Now in college, I participate in collegiate sports. I am a sophomore and I am on the track and field team at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. I am a long and triple jumper and have been nominated All Midwest Region (Division Three) in 2016 during my freshman year of college. I aspire to become the best athlete and human being I can be so that I can become the “machine” that your body is and operate at maximum¬†efficiency.
