Everything In Moderation
With the holidays coming up the first thing that usually comes to people’s minds is family.
However, the second thing people think of is all of the amazing food you get to eat.
Thanksgiving is known for its heavy and delicious foods such as turkey, mashed potatoes, and
stuffing. December has a handful of holidays with foods of its own. I know I personally tend to
overeat at family events because there is just so much amazing food. It is important to remind
yourself that it is okay to eat what you want when you want, especially during times like these.
Whatever you may eat on these special days, if you are worried about your health and fitness
journey, remember moderation is key. In today’s blog we are going to talk about how to eat in
moderation and the benefits it can have for your health.
Benefits of Eating in Moderation:

the need to keep eating until I am completely full. However, the feeling of being
full often is too much. Your body can be satisfied without having to feel full, which
can lead to stomach aches and pains. - More information on excessive consumption click here.

satisfied with your eating experience that is when you know you can stop
consuming. Your body knows what is a good amount of food. All you have to do
