Circle K is an organization that strives to bring together our campus community with our Whitewater community. Every member gets a chance to make new friends and memories, form new connections, and have unforgettable experiences. If you want the opportunity to better your community and yourself then Circle K is a great organization for you.

We accept all ages, majors and types of people. For only a $20.00 due fee you can become an official member of Circle K which gets you a shirt, leadership opportunities, attendance to district events, and so much more.

There are many different service opportunities, some opportunities you can participate in with Circle K are; helping with the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast, reading to the kids at the Whitewater Public Library, making tie blankets for the kids at the Children’s Hospital Milwaukee, going to Fairhaven Senior Residences to give bananas and door decorations to the residents, and so many more! As an international organization, we are a part of the Wisconsin Upper-Michigan (WUM) district. This gives us the awesome chance to do inter-club service events all throughout Wisconsin and Upper-Michigan.

Being a part of a district also has the added benefit of attending district events. An example of this is Camp Wawbeek. This is a camp that is designed for those with different physical and mental disabilities. In the fall, we have MAC to help take down and clean up the camp, and in the spring, we have Spring Fling where we set up camp for the coming summer. In early March, we have our district convention (DCON) where we get a chance to have an awards ceremony, a banquet, and elect new district officers. At all of these events, we have service projects, workshops, and opportunities to meet others who are apart of other Circle K chapters. Each division also gets to attend a divisional rally that brings together Circle K members that are in a closer distance range to each other.

Mark Foster once said that “going out and volunteering sounds simple, but many people don’t volunteer because they don’t know where to start.” This is the case for so many people, so why not join Circle K to have a place to start? After all, “if not you, then who? If not now, then when?” Let Circle K be your start. Come meet amazing people, make connections and memories, and help yourself by helping others.
