Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl

Nickelodeon All-Stars Brawl is a game made by Ludosity and Fair Play Labs available on Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. This game plays in a similar style to Super Smash Bros but with some of your favorite Nickelodeon Characters.

Above you can see some of the characters you can play as and the developers say that there will be more free characters added to the game later. Another nice thing about this game is that unlike Super Smash Bros each character in All-Stars Brawl has their own unique set of moves and as of right now there are no moves that are shared by other characters. Even the characters normal attacks are unique to them.

There are 3 different modes you can play in this game: Battle, Arcade, and Online. In battle mode you can chose between Stock, Timed and Sports. In stock each player has three lives, once your lives are gone then you are eliminated. And the timed mode is where you have a time limit to gather as many points as you can K.O’s are worth 1 point and deaths are -1 point, the player to have the most points at the end of the time limit wins. In the sports mode there are two goals and it is teams of two, your team must hit the ball into the other teams goal in order to gain a point, the team with the most points at the end of the time limit wins. In Arcade mode you basically play against different CPU characters until you defeat them all. In the Online game mode you play any of the Battle modes against people across the world.

Another nice thing about this game is that you can change your button layout right in the character select screen and you don’t have to have a profile on the players game in order to change your button layout. This helps especially on pc where you can use a ps4, Xbox, or Switch controller.

I personally give this game 5 Stars for Spartan Score.
