This week I am going to be discussing ways to exercise within the comfort of your home! Keeping your body moving is so important!! Moving keeps your blood flowing and muscles strong while improving your coordination, stability and balance. Exercising will also help enhance your mood and energy. Emotional Intelligence
Welcome back!! Emotional intelligence is something I’ve been so excited to share with you! I recently took a course on emotional intelligence and learned many valuable lesson and tools to improve myself mentally. Emotional intelligence is broken up into 4 different categories. The four quadrants are self-awareness, self-leadership, social awareness, and relational management. While each quadrant is important and relates to one another, it is important to master each quadrant one at a time. This is something that takes LOTS of time!
