    The first step to developing a healthier lifestyle is being educated and knowledgeable on food labels. Food labels can be very misleading if you don’t know what to look out for. Below I have included easy steps and tricks to follow when reading food labels. Step One: Read the Ingredient List When reading the ingredient list be on the lookout for unfamiliar names.     Emotional Intelligence

    Welcome back!! Emotional intelligence is something I’ve been so excited to share with you! I recently took a course on emotional intelligence and learned many valuable lesson and tools to improve myself mentally. Emotional intelligence is broken up into 4 different categories. The four quadrants are self-awareness, self-leadership, social awareness, and relational management. While each quadrant is important and relates to one another, it is important to master each quadrant one at a time. This is something that takes LOTS of time!
