What to eat if you feel sick
Hi everyone! Today I am going to talk about what to eat when you feel sick. Living a healthy lifestyle you may still get sick but you still can eat well even when your feeling sick! Flu season is right around the corner and COVID has been around for a while. The real question is what do i eat when I get COVID or the flu?
Let me tell you! You will want to get a good source of Vitamin C in to help your immune system. You can have fruits and vegetables. Also with being sick you will want to drink a lot of water! The best to do is warming up the hot water with lemon in the warm water. This way you get vitamin C and stay hydrated.
What to eat? When your feeling sick your going to want to put good foods in your body, some foods may be
- Smoothie with greens
- Chicken noodles soup
- Lots of fruit
- Oatmeal
- Yogurt
- Ginger

Hi Nadia,
Maybe one day you will have an idea on what to eat went you have a broken heart. Also what if you grew up on Mexican foods although we do eat chicken vegetabales
chicken rice soups for the flue. We mixes lemone, lime, and honey warm. However, I would take your advise on most all your items. I wil past on Smoothie with greens and the Ginger. Thank you for that I just hope far than the corner. Great job.
