    Yoga: Stress Relief

    Hello everyone! I hope your day is going good. Today I am going to share this yoga video to help relieve your stress. I know I am stressed with finals and with he holidays coming up this year! A good way to help with stress is yoga. Yoga is good for the mind, it releases endorphins which helps with negative emotions. If you don’t have a yoga mat you can even just use a towel in place of a mat. I really recommend this video if you are experiencing any type of stress.
