[RESOLVED] D2L Service Slowness 7/27

RESOLVED: Due to a network outage in Madison, Desire2learn may have been unreachable or users may have experienced slowness between 10:49 AM and 11:32 AM on Monday, July 27th.  At this time, the system is responding normally.  Any questions or concerns should be sent to UW-W Desire2Learn Support.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Beginning at around 11am users began reporting issues and slowness with Desire2Learn.  This issue has been reported to Learn@UW, and they are investigating. We will post updates as they are received.
