Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Who doesn’t love a great shake? Not only is this shake delicious, it’s also good for you! Coming home for the gym, it is best to get your protein in. We all know protein powder and peanut butter are a great source, so why not put them together? Below is a great, protein-rich and simple recipe for a peanut butter protein shake:
1 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 whole banana
1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
5-10 ice cubes (depending on thickness of shake)
Grab your blender and combine the milk, banana, powder, peanut butter and ice. Blend together. Depending on thickness, add more ice for a thicker shake, or more milk to thin it out. Enjoy!
