Have you ever wanted to grab food on campus but been in a rush? We’ve got you covered with new mobile ordering! You can now order ahead from Einstein Bros. Bagels on your mobile device and skip the line. To get started, keep reading for simple step-by-step instructions!

Download the Transact Mobile Ordering app

Go to the app store on your mobile device and search Transact Mobile Ordering. It should be the first app to show up. Go ahead and download the app. 

Search for University of Wisconsin-Whitewater 

Once the app is downloaded to your device, open the app and it will have you choose a school. Search for University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and select it. 

Select Einstein Bros Bagels 

Once you select UW-W as your school, you will be brought to the home page. Einstein Bros. Bagels will be listed with their open hours of 8:00AM – 4:00PM.

Select a Payment Option

You can choose Dining Dollars, Student Purple Points, Staff Purple Points, MyMeals, Debit/Credit Card, or a Meal Swipe.

Click on an item

After clicking on Einstein Bros. Bagels, you can scroll through the menu and click on items to view pictures and nutritional information. The menu is organized by category for your convenience. 

Press “customize” 

After clicking on an item you would like, it will either ask you to customize the item or add to order. Some customization options include bagel types for sandwiches, egg choice, coffee flavor, and so on.

Press “add to order” 

Once you are done customizing, or if you have no customizations, click “add to order” You will then be brought back to the menu where you can continue to add items to your order or checkout.

Checkout

Once you have added everything you would like to your order, simply press “checkout”.

Pay

Once you pay, Einstein Bros. Bagels will receive your order and once it is ready they will notify you for pickup.

How to Pick Up

  • When order is marked ready in the app, click “Order # receipt” to open the QR code.
  • Tell the Dining Staff your name and that you are here for a mobile order pick up.
  • Scan mobile device at scanner on counter to be able to receive your food.
