Need a room?
Our friendly and professional UC Reservations staff would be glad to assist you. Simply stop by UC room 253 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., call (262) 472-1175 or e-mail Rooms@uww.edu. All you need to do is complete the reservation form and speak with Jay Craggs to get all of the details nailed down. Jay can also provide you with information on campus special events such as dances. In addition to actual room and event space, Reservations can also provide campus signboards locations, display case space, donation bins, and other services.

Need food?
Catering by UW-W Dining Services can help you out! They offer a wide menu of breakfasts, box lunches, buffets, party platters, snacks, and other specialties. All items can be picked up or delivered to the UC. This would be a perfect way to cater your end of the semester banquet or other special event. Need financial help?
You’re going to want to contact the UW Credit Union. They offer many services, including checking accounts and money management techniques for student orgs.

Need something to do?
We all know that while our campus student orgs know how to get down to business, there’s always time for social activities as well. Be sure to keep in mind that recognized student orgs can reserve tickets for the SEAL weekend movies in Summers Auditorium by calling (262) 472-1180. The Down Under and Warhawk Alley also have numerous events and specials going on every week. Check out the UC events calendar at http://mastercal.uww.edu/MasterCalendar/MasterCalendar.aspx. For other events, Ticket Services, located in the Greenhill Center of the Arts Atrium, can assist you with tickets to UW-W athletic events, Young Auditorium productions, concerts, lectures, commencement, and others.
