Supreme’s Week 2 Hot Drop

Last weeks blog I picked a few of my favorite items from week 1 of Supreme’s spring collection. This week I was planning to try something different, but the Supreme x Nike collaboration in this week’s drop was worth talking about.

Supreme/Nike SB Dunk High

The Nike SB Dunk is a historic shoe to say the least. Making it’s debut it 1985 the Dunk was originally a basketball shoe but could not compete with the popularity of the Air Jordan, so it was retired in 1988. In 2002, the Dunk was reimaged though as a skateboarding shoe hence the “SB” in SB Dunk. Nike had finally made a shoe to connect with the skateboarding culture. Skip forward and the popularity of the SB Dunk is as high as it has ever been. There is a wide collection of colorways for this shoe and the resell for them has skyrocketed as well.

This week Supreme in collaboration with Nike dropped a SB Dunk High in three colorways. The three colors are white, red, yellow. My personal favorite is the black pair because I think that the leather just looks better on this pair out of the three. Although, I would not rank this SB Dunk near my top five because there are so many other options but it still a very clean shoe. They released on the Supreme website for $128 USD but are now being sold for around $400 on StockX.

Raised Hand style Hooded Sweatshirt

This hoodie is by far my favorite from week 2’s drop because of how clean it is. The hoodie is made from brushed back fleece with the Supreme logo embroidered onto the chest. The six color options for this hoodie are dark taupe, red, black, ash grey, pale green, and purple. I can see a lot of hype beast wanting this hoodie because of the logo being front and center making it very visible. The simplicity of the hoodie makes it easy to style with anything, but if you want to get your hands on this hoodie it currently resells on Stockx for $208 USD.

GORE-TEX Polartec Long Bill Camp Cap

What do you know another hat has made its way onto this list. The GORE-TEX Polartec long bill camp cap was released in light olive, black, natural logos, and pink. My personal favorite is the black color option for this hat, but the one that stands out the most to me is the natural logos option. This hat was interesting to me because I am used to the usual dad hats with the adjustable strap in the back, but this one does not have that. This hat can be bought on StockX for $64 USD which is only $10 over retail.
