Hottest Drops from Supremes Week 1

What started as a clothing and skateboarding lifestyle brand in New York has become one of streetwear cultures biggest contributors. Supreme has built their empire among hypebeasts because of how popular the brand has become. The logo is recognizable among all who respect the street wear culture and because of their popularity they have done drops with big names like “Gucci” and “Louis Vuitton”. Typically, Supreme does their drops in the winter and spring; with their most recent drop releasing before this post is published I felt it would be necessary to look at some of the pieces in this drop.

SUPREME Small Box Tee

My favorite piece of the drop is an all-black crew neck that says” Supreme” on the upper right in the chest area. It is a basic design to say the least, but I personally prefer solid colors and this crewneck comes in more than just black. The seven colors available include pink, teal, brown, yellow, white, purple, and black. The material used is all cotton with the logo embroidered on. This design is a pickup for hypebeasts because people know the brand Supreme. This design reminds me of their classic box logo tees that resell for a lot of money online. This crewneck retail was $68 USD, but after selling out online has been sold for up to $125 USD on Stockx.

Bling Box Logo Hooded Sweatshirt

Following a similar design to their popular box logo design they added the bling box logo design. This hoodie is made of brushed-back fleece with a pouch pocket in the front. The logo is the center piece of this design as it sits centered on the chest. The difference between this box logo and the original is that this one’s design gives the logo a look that resembles jewelry. The hoodie comes in seven different colors being green, black, dark brown, red, ash grey, navy, and light pink. I had high expectations for this hoodie because of the box logo design, but other than the navy blue one it just wasn’t for me. The crewneck released online for $158 USD but can now be found on Stockx for around $200 USD.

SUPREME Washed Chino Twill Camp Cap

With the logo right on the center of this hat it really stands out and makes it known you are wearing Supreme. The all-cotton chino hat has a custom debossed leather strap on the back to complete the look. I personally like this hat because I generally like hats that are minimalistic and other than the word Supreme on the front it is very minimalistic. This hat comes in nine different color choices being red camo, teal, black, red, dark lime, brown, stone, grey, and light purple. On release this hat was priced $48 USD, but now can be found on the Stockx website for around $80 USD. My personal favorite is the all black or teal color choices.
