[RESOLVED] D2L Slowness and Internal Errors

UPDATE (4:09 PM CST): Learn@UW has stated that the service interruption should be over and that the outage lasted from approximately 3:25 PM to 4:03 PM. They, along with Desire2Learn Inc, are currently still investigating the cause of the issue.

We apologize for the service disruption. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UW-W D2L Support.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Users have reported intermittent access interruptions, slowness, and some are receiving “Internal Errors”. This has been reported to Learn@UW, and their technicians are looking into the issue.

We will update this news item with any new information as we receive it.
