On Thursday, July 26th between 3:28 PM (CDT) and 3:40 PM (CDT) users may have experienced relatively short periods of slow response times while using Desire2Learn. This incident was similar to and likely another occurrence of the outstanding intermittent service issue that was experienced on July 19th and 20th.
