Cold Noodles with Chicken Shreds

Main materials: noodle, chicken breast
Ingredients: scallions, cucumber, ginger
Seasoning: cooking wine, aniseed, pepper, light soya sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, pepper oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, msg

  • Method of preparation
  1. Add Water to the pot, add chicken breast, cooking wine, pepper, Ginger, Scallion, aniseed, boil for about 17 minutes.
  2. Take out the chicken breast, put it in ice water, and tear it into thin threads.
  3. In a bowl, 20g mix light soya sauce, 10g vinegar, 20g sesame paste, 5g pepper oil, 5g sesame oil, 40g chili oil, 5g sugar, 3g salt, msg, and chopped scallions.
  4. When the noodles are cooked, remove them and let them sit in ice water for a minute. Pour out the water.
  5. Drizzle with sauce and place chicken and cucumber slices on top.
  6. Stir well and serve.

    i wonder how much of a culture shock it would be to suddenly have cold noodles? I after reading this i just have the immediate urge to warm up the noodles. XD
