Egg Fried Rice

Main materials: eggs, rice
Ingredients: scallions
Seasoning: salt, black pepper, msg

  • Method of preparation
  1. Beat the eggs into an egg mixture. Pour in the rice (which needs to be cooked and cooled) and mix well.
  2. Put some oil in the pot, wait for the oil to heat, and turn to medium heat, then pour in the rice soaked in egg liquid.
  3. Keep stirring until the rice is separate.
  4. Add salt, black pepper, and MSG to taste.
  5. Add chopped scallions and stir well to turn off the heat.

    looks like something id make in the dorms! I’d love to see a cheap ramen or noodle recipe sometime so I could make a ton of these little dishes.

      Fried rice is made differently in different parts of China, this is a very simple one, if you like I can continue to update some other kinds of fried rice.
