Peanut Butter Protein Bites
As a college student, we are always trying to find easy ways to eat healthy while maintaining our fast-paced lifestyle. One of the
most important parts of our diet is protein. Sometimes it’s hard to get enough in everyday, but this recipe will help! I have made
these peanut butter protein bites dozens of times, and they are up for so much interpretation. Don’t like one of the ingredients?
Take it out. Want something new? Throw it in. These bite sized protein balls are perfect for someone on the go, or a quick and
easy breakfast.
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup quick oats
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup raisins
1 tea. vanilla
1 tea. ground cinnamon
shredded coconut (optional)
Roll the protein bites into roughly 1 inch balls, cool in the fridge, and they’re ready to go. Super simple!
