Intramural Fun!

Welcome back, Warhawks! Hope everyone had an amazing summer break and is getting back into the swing of things back at the dub. Starting and working on school, work, organizations and other activities can put a lot of stress on individuals. It is good to take some time for yourself and get relaxed anyway you can. There are so many different ways to get rid of stress and anxiety. One way is to take time for yourself, like hanging out with friends. Another way could be to get a nice workout in to forget about everything you have going on. If only there was a way to combine both of those…oh wait, there is! Recreation sports and facilities at the Williams Center offers a ton of sports and teams students can compete on such as: 3V3 Basketball, golf, fantasy football, flag football, indoor soccer, kickball, sand volleyball, softball, tennis, badminton, bag toss, basketball, futsal, table tennis, volleyball, wheelchair basketball, college bowl pick and open rec all-star. Although some of these intramurals have already closed, there are still some already open and have a later entry depending on your level of interest. Below are the current sports available, when there entries are due and the cost:

Not interested in playing? No problem, Rec sports offers free viewing of the games. Bring a friend or two and relax and unwind at one of these fun games. Love the sport so much you want to become an official? Now is your chance. You can apply to work as an official for the sport you love.

Warhawk fitness and Rec sports work and provide to make all students, individuals and community members have a healthy and fun experience, exercise, create a social interaction but most importantly to have fun. This provides students with the benefit of working on their mental, physical, emotional and social health. Hope to see everyone there!
