Below is a summary of the issues we have had with D2L since the upgrade:
Friday, July 13th, 2012 from 9:00 PM until 9:18 PM (CDT), D2L was unavailable for scheduled maintenance to investigate the spontaneous slowness issues.
Tuesday, July 3rd, 2012 from approximately 8:00 AM until 10:15 AM (CDT), users were reporting reports of slowness and 2-3 minute periods where the system was hanging. We are continuing to receive reports of intermittent slow performance, and Learn@UW is still investigating the issue. Full details of this outage are available at: Slowness Issues with D2L. Monday, July 2nd, 2012 from approximately 10:08 AM until 11:55AM (CDT), users were reporting slowness and sporadic internal errors. Learn@UW performed emergency maintenance from 11:45 AM until 11:55 AM. Full details of this outage are available at: Slowness and Internal Server Errors in D2L.
Sunday, July 1st, 2012 from approximately 9:14 AM until 2:08 PM (CDT), D2L was unavailable due to a storage system issue. Resulting from that outage, the “notifications” feature has been disabled until further notice. Full details of this outage are available at: Internal Server Errors in D2L
