On behalf of the entire ICIT organization, we are excited to welcome Kathryn Freidel as our IT Business Analyst. Kathryn will perform business analysis to assist the ICIT department with the discovery phase of the UWSA Administrative Transformation Program (ATP). She will manage the process to validate and collect additional information on ancillary systems used at UW-Whitewater.
Her main focus will be to:
- Identify the ways the ICIT department is using HRS and SFS data
- Identify where (systems and processes) this data flows
- Identify what data do we upload to HRS and SFS
- Identify interfaces between enterprise and department systems that may or may not be impacted

“A few fun facts–I graduated from UW Whitewater in 1988, Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, my daughter was 2 years old. Prior to joining UW Whitewater, I led a cohort of campuses for the UWSA Harmony Discovery Project – Identity & Asset Management.”
