New Role for Rochelle Day

It is with regret that we announce the departure of Rochelle Day from ICIT. Rochelle remains a member of the UW-Whitewater team, as she has accepted the position of “Associate Institutional Planner” in the Institutional Research and Planning office. In this role, Rochelle will support and manage institutional research (IR) activities including query writing, data analytics, data mining, and technical documentation. She will respond to ad-hoc data requests, develop data models to support project data needs, work with campus data governance, and expand IR’s relationships with departments across campus to ensure data reliability and integrity. She will also have involvement with software used for data management, including faculty activities, online surveys, and online course evaluations.

Rochelle’s last day with ICIT will be Tuesday, January 28th.

Rochelle joined ICIT in Fall of 2012 as our Technology Training Coordinator. Rochelle has been instrumental in the reorganization and development of ICIT training activities.  She not only expanded ICIT training offerings, but also assisted staff and faculty in the effective use of enterprise software.  She has also done a remarkable job rationalizing Class Climate data processing.  We sincerely thank Rochelle for all the work she has done for ICIT and wish her the best!
