Welcome: Margaret Knight!
We are excited to welcome a new member to the ICIT family, Margaret Knight! Margaret will be working on the AIS team as a Business Analyst. She is coming to us from Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin where she worked as a Senior Project Manager. Margaret has over 15 years in project management, business and practice development, business process analysis, consulting and assessments.
She has specific experience driving projects, leveraging project methodologies, mentoring teams through project and change management, communications and building relationships throughout an organization.
Her duties with ICIT will be analyzing and modeling processes flow, generating business cases, gathering and documenting general requirements and creating gap analysis. She will have a specific focus on the PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade, ImageNow, ClassClimate, and ICIT Dept Projects.
Margaret and her husband Carl are proud parents to two daughters, Madeline (12) and Katharine (9). As a family they enjoy lake activities including fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. In her spare time, Margaret loves working on her garden and catching up on a good book.

Welcome: Diane Kledzik!
ICIT is thrilled to welcome its newest member, Diane Kledzik. Diane will be working on the AIS team as a Business Analyst. She is coming to us from Equifax in Chicago, IL. Diane has years of experience in Application Development, Consulting, Project Management, and Business Analysis.
She has specific experience serving as Product Owner and ScrumMaster for a highly productive Salesforce development team responsible for four cloud-based, Force.com applications in the IT Product Engineering group at Equifax. Diane’s consulting experience includes extensive web portal and reporting development work for Northern Trust and GATX.
Her duties with ICIT will be analyzing and modeling processes flow, generating business cases, gathering and documenting general requirements and creating gap analysis. She will have a specific focus on CRM, Student Lifecycle, 25Live, and ICIT Dept Projects.
Diane currently lives in Cambridge, WI. She is a proud mother of two sons and also has two grandchildren with another on the way! In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and getting into a good workout routine.

Welcome: John Feldkamp!
ICIT is thrilled to welcome its newest member, John Feldkamp. John will be working on the UET team as the Director of IT Operations. He is coming to us from The Allant Group in Naperville, IL where he served as the VP of IT Services. John has significant experience managing, coordinating, and aligning the efforts of multiple Information Technology departments and cross-functional teams with the broader goals of the business.
He has specific experience in management of IT systems staff covering server administration, networks (LAN/WAN/telephony, Wi-Fi), product/application development, security, storage, Help Desk, desktop support, facilities, IT service providers and vendors. He also has been responsible for IT systems during significant data center expansion and cloud deployments.
His duties with ICIT will include staff development through up-to-date performance reviews and career development plans. Operational excellence through measurable, repeatable, effective processes quality assurance, and managed expectations. He will also guide ICIT strategic planning, reporting and security initiatives.
John is a proud father of two sons who live in the Chicago area. In his free time he enjoys skiing, biking, and taking in craft breweries around the country.

Aaron Duoss has officially accepted a position at the University of Maryland as an Audio/Visual Specialist. His last day at UW-Whitewater will be Friday, November 24th. Aaron has been working at UWW since July of 2015 in the Tech Services Department. We wish you nothing but the best in your next career endeavor, thank you Aaron!
