Welcome Michael Schneck!

Please welcome our new Help Desk Manager, Michael Schneck to the ICIT family! Michael’s first day was Monday, June 11th.

Michael’s background is rooted in IT where he started his career as a Helpdesk support tech.  Michael previously worked for Aptar, Northwestern Mutual, Google, Motorola, Siemens and Pfizer where he has led teams of over 100 with the goal of providing high-quality IT technical support.

In his free time, Michael stays busy with his wife and 6 children. His hobbies include RV camping, tree gardening, fitness and hanging out in his home theater. A fun fact about Michael is that he was a volunteer firefighter and paramedic for 10 years!

Congratulations Kathy!

It is official! On behalf of the entire ICIT team, we would like to congratulate Kathy Seidel and her husband on their recent marriage. Kathy and Lucas were married on April 14 at the Lake Windsor Country Club just outside of Madison.

After the wedding, Kathy and Lucas celebrated their honeymoon in sunny Florida at Disney World. Congrats again Kathy, we wish you a lifetime of happiness with Lucas.

Thank You Elaina Barr!

Elaina Barr’s last day with ICIT will be Wednesday, May 2nd. On behalf of the entire ICIT team, we would like to wish Elaina the very best in her new opportunity. Elaina is an Alumni of UW-Whitewater and has been part of the LTC team since 2013. Her main responsibilities included technology training, documentation creation, tier 1 and 2 support, instructor recordings and ITSE training.

Her new role will be with Carroll University as an A/V and Media Specialist. Please take some time to say good bye and thank you to Elaina. She will be missed.

Thank You Tarin Lintemuth!

On behalf of the entire ICIT team, we would like to wish Tarin the best of luck after accepting a new job offer. Tarin will be working as a Security Analyst for Spectrum Brands in Middleton, WI.

She has been a part of ICIT for nearly 3 years, and has primarily worked with Help Desk students regarding troubleshooting and training. She was also responsible for Identity Management, T2 email, T2 storage, MFA, DE Room support, and Campus Cell Phone support. Tarin’s last day will be January 26th.

Thank you for your hard work Tarin, you will be missed!
