Does that sound appealing to you?

I wish everyday I could be in a darkened room with a candle and a comfy place to breathe.

Meditation is a very healing exercise. It will relax your thoughts. Breathe in and out to calm your heart. Breathe in Positive vibes and let go of negative thoughts.

Mediating 3x a week can let go of negative vibes. In this blog post we are all about positive vibes.

Organization Obsessed

Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed when your house is messy? I do.

Something that is the easiest way for me to destress is cleaning my house. I hate clutter and unorganized things.

Something I do when I first enter someones home for the first time is I take a look around to see how they present their home. Does it smell clean? fresh? is it messy? or clean?

For me, I love a fresh clean home. I wake up each morning and make my bed and straighten up my room. I make sure I have a clean area to go to bed in. I think a clean room helps me sleep better. If its messy I get a terrible nights sleep.

For being organized I like to make sure my makeup area is nice and organized to make putting on makeup easy.

Organization makes me feel complete.

Journaling is a way to express your thoughts and try and comprehend them after writing them down. Many people who suffer with depression, anxiety, or stress keep a journal to understand their thoughts. Journaling is a very healthy way to clear your mind up. You are adding your deepest thoughts into a book to keep them secret safe.

When I journal I may not write for months and then come back to it to write more. Journaling is a way for me to express my emotions and get creative with writing my thoughts.

STAYING POSITIVE

Do you think staying positive is hard? easy?

For me sometimes staying positive is hard. I have really learned over the past year on how to make it easier. FOR ME, staying positive also attracts other positive people in your life. I think that is easy to cancel out negative energy. Staying positive Can help with stress management. I know everyone including college students are stressed out.

honestly Staying positive WILL boost most aspects of your life. Friends, Work, Family, and Love relationships. It comes with optimism and pessimism.

Staying positive can include:

  1. Getting Exercise
  2. Rest
  3. Resting your eyes
  4. Deep Breaths
  5. Being with friends

workout with me

AHH! PUSH IT!

Anxiety who? working out is my time to think about whats in-front of me and nothing else. Dumbbells? Treadmill? Elliptical? going to the gym for me needs to be consistent and the same time everyday. I wake up and go to the gym before I start my day.

At 9am, I am starting my day off on the treadmill where I will walk and run for 10 minutes. (I already want to go home) But I am here and pushing through the pain. After the treadmill I am heading over to the bike where I will work my legs for another 10 minutes. By then, I am exhausted. Then I head over to the weight machines where I will work my entire body for another 20 minutes. ABS, legs, arms, and back machines.

I take many sips of my yeti water cup. After my 30 minutes of working out is complete. I sit in the sauna for 10 minutes to sweat all my icky toxins out.

Its all about what you do when you wakeup. What do you fuel your body with? Is it coke or water? for me its WATER.

Welcome Classmates! My name is Sydney Rehm and I am here to be your life coach. Life is hard, School is hard, Friends are hard. I GET IT!

I am a 5th year senior here at UWW. I transferred here from College Of Dupage in IL. I am 22 years old and turning 23 in May. I like being with my friends, going out to eat, traveling, and working out. I am a social butterfly. My major is Corporate Health Communication with a minor in Advertising. After graduation, I hope to land a job somewhere in the Medical Sales field.

Something that I have been considering is my real estate license. Ive always loved looking at the different houses on the market. I like a life of a realtor is fast paced, but I am definitely a good fit for that. I am ALWAYS going and going. I don’t relax.. but I am here to tell you how to relax!
