First Food Post

Hello! This is my first recipe post, today I am going to share with you a protein pancake recipe, it is a healthier alternative! It is still very sweet and delicious! I have down below are the ingredients!

  • 2 cups of flower
  • 4 scoops of any protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnanom
  • 1 and 1/2 of egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Butter and Maple syrup at the end
  • Enjoy!

    This sounds like a really simple, but delicious recipe, and I am excited to try it! I am always looking for more ways to get protein in my diet because I feel like I need more. This recipe is perfect because I love pancakes, but it doesn’t seem too unhealthy. Love your blog!
