The Library is sponsoring a trivia contest in which students have a chance to win great weekly prizes or an even better grand prize. All you have to do is come into the library or visit the Library’s website and answer some questions. How hard is that?
On Monday, September 8, the trivia contest questions will be posted on the University Library Blog (where you are right now) and on the contest home page. You have until 8 AM on Friday, September 12 to answer as many of the questions as you can. Each correct answer will count towards one chance at winning our Back to School prize. Answer all five questions correctly and you’ll be entered in the drawing five times!
For more information, check out the contest home page or e-mail Kyle at naffk@uww.edu.
I think that this Trivia contest is a great way to get students involved. Its something little, a few questions that everyone should have learned during the orientation of the library (probably during the first few weeks of school). Plus, it offers you GREAT incentives-the prizes. Check it out–it’ll be fun.
I can tell someone had fun writing the questions XD
A good idea for a way to show some cool (perhaps not well known) services that the Library offers.

I would have to agree with what Jonathon and Heather said. This is a good way to get students involved and to learn more about the library. I never knew that the library had a blog page! This blog is convenient for students to talk to other students or staff without having to travel to the library.
I agree with everyone’s responses. Does anyone know when the library first added the blog? It is a great idea!
we started the blog in april 2007 – but the new website design made it much more visible.

This a great way for people to learn things that they might not have known otherwise. it is also a great way for the workers at the library to brush up on things that they might get asked.
Even as a third year student, I learned something from this years trivia! I had no idea the library had other than educational movies to check out. Movie night anyone?

I like this becuase it helps me learn about things that I don’t know about
What a great way to get the library on everyone’s minds!
Very interesting way to get people online. I think the library is a great resource that few students utilize or realize what it offers.
