Call for Proposals – Second Annual Midwest Culturally Inclusive Conference

The Midwest Culturally Inclusive Conference, set to begin on Friday, Sept. 7, is a regional event focused on strengthening diversity throughout the Midwest and working collaboratively towards resolving issues related to equity, diversity and inclusion.

We are pleased to announce that Bao Vang, President and CEO of Hmong American Partnership, will be one of the keynote speakers at the 2012 Midwest Culturally Inclusive Conference. To learn more about Bao Vang and receive conference updates, visit and like MCIC’s Facebook page.

Also, you are invited to submit proposals that address any of the conference topics outlined below. Submission Deadline: May 31.

  • Track 1: Higher Education
  • Track 2: K-12
  • Track 3: Business
  • Track 4: Community/Civic
  • Track 5: Art

You are invited to submit an application to participate in the conference’s Arts and Crafts Fair and submit a proposal that address any of the conference topics outlined below. Submission Deadline for the Arts and Crafts Fair: July 1.
