[RESOLVED]: An infrastructure-related issue impacted access to D2L and many other DoIT-hosted services starting at 1:16 p.m., Friday, April 6. Users would’ve been presented with the standard maintenance page and have been unable to access the service. DoIT technologists engaged to diagnose the situation and took action throughout the event to ensure adequate server capacity as the issue was being resolved. UWS users may have been able to access the service by ~1:52 p.m., though may have experienced degraded performance until ~2:30 p.m.
D2L service is unavailable as of ~1:15 p.m. today. Users will see a notice about server maintenance.
Learn@UW Technicians are aware of the issue and are currently investigating the situation. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
