[RESOLVED] Error Message in D2L Document Viewer

RESOLVED: The D2L Document Viewer should now be functioning correctly. Users should no longer receive encounter any issues with viewing course documents or accessing Dropbox folder submissions. Any questions or concerns should be sent to UW-W Desire2Learn Support.

There is a known issue where users may encounter an error message when viewing course documents in the document viewer in D2L. The document viewer is found in the Content and Dropbox tools. This issue does not impact the original file.

The current workaround for any errors in the document viewer is to download the file from the toolbar under the viewer window.

This issue has been reported to D2L, and technicians are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will post additional updates as they are received.
