[RESOLVED] Reported Slowness in D2L

Known IssuesUPDATE (3:50 PM): Our Desire2Learn instance was affected by a larger UW-Madison campus network outage that began at about 10:30 AM (3/3/14). Users would have experienced extreme slowness or non-responsiveness. In addition, files within the document viewer might not have displayed or would have taken at least a few minutes to load. The UW-Madison network issue was resolved at about 2:00 PM, and service performance returned to normal.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Starting at approximately 11:00 AM this morning (3/3), some users have reported unusual slowness while working in D2L. Learn@UW technicians are currently investigating the cause, and we will update this news item with more information as we receive it. Thank you for your patience.
