The regularly scheduled, weekly maintenance window was extended beyond the regular 7:00 AM end time, and service was restored at 7:33 AM this morning. Users may have experienced slowness or may have been unable to login during the maintenance window and during this extension.
Then, starting at approximately 8:00 AM this morning, additional reports came in that users were experiencing “Service Unavailable” errors when trying to access D2L. Learn@UW investigated and fixed the cause, and the outage ended at approximately 8:24 AM. Users should no longer be seeing errors and should be able to log into D2L.
