[UPDATED] Turnitin Dropbox Submissions Not Processing

Posted on December 13, 2012 by Susan Degen

UPDATE (12/14 12:30 PM): Learn@UW has reported that the issue causing the submissions in Turnitin Dropboxes to remain unprocessed has been fixed. However, submissions in the affected Dropboxes need to be “re-queued” by clicking on the box and green arrow icon next to each submission.

If you have any questions or if your Dropbox folders are still affected, please contact UW-W D2L Support for assistance.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Submissions in some Dropboxes using Turnitin Originality Check are not processing or are stuck in the “In Progress” status. Not all courses or Dropboxes are affected by this, and the problem doesn’t have a determinate source as of yet.

Learn@UW has reported this to Desire2Learn as a high priority issue, and we will be updating this item with any new information as we receive it.
