Some users have been reporting that Turnitin-enabled dropboxes have not been processing submissions and that the status for the submission remains at “In Progress” for an indefinite period of time without actually receiving a Plagiarism report.
This has been reported to Learn@UW and Desire2Learn, and their technicians are currently working on a solution. At the moment, if you have a dropbox that is experiencing this, please contact UW-W D2L Support with information on the course and dropbox folder so that we can continue to report these incidences to Learn@UW.
We will be notifying any instructors who contact us once the issue has been resolved, but please keep in mind that we have not been given a firm date or time as to when this will be fixed.
