START EM OR SIT EM? WEEK Eleven EDITON

Start of the Week

Quarterbacks

Tua’s deep ball still needs work. This week is the week to develop it, going against the Broncos that have seemingly given up on the pass rush, allowing the rookie to breathe more and take some chances. This week should be a good week for him and might be his best game yet in fantasy terms. He is a great streaming option.

Sit Em

Drew Lock DEN vs MIA

Lock turned the ball over 11 times over five games! That is a terrible stat line that will keep anyone from starting him in fantasy, even against a good matchup against Miami. He had only one good game against Atlanta, and it is clear after the fiasco game last week that it was a fluke. Please stay away from him.

Runningbacks

Start Em

Kalen Ballage LAC vs NYJ

In a surprise to almost everyone, Ballage is now the lead back in LA instead of Kelley. He gets excellent volume and gets a great matchup this week against the local high school team, the New York Jets. LA should be up quickly in this one so that Ballage will see more work and chances.

Sit Em

Jonathan Taylor IND vs GB

It’s clear something is happening in Indy that they don’t trust or do not think Taylor is ready to be the lead back. This is kind of confusing me, but maybe they are riding the hot hand in Hines. Either way, it’s a great matchup, but Taylor won’t be seeing much action to make an impact fantasy wise.

Wide Receivers

Start Em

Jakobi Meyers NE vs HOU

He has made the most of his opportunity averaging over 6 receptions, 86 receiving yards and leads the team in targets since the injury to Edelman.  Meyers has a great matchup against the Texans this Sunday making him a solid number one play. Even if Edelman does come back this week, Meyers will still be a great flex play.

Sit Em

Jerry Jeudy DEN vs MIA

The targets are there, but how many are catchable? It does not help. As I said earlier, they turn over the ball too often that it hurts everyone on the offense. Even with an easy matchup for Juedy, The quarterback play affects him to the point you cant trust playing anyone on the broncos.

Tight Ends

Start Em

Irv Smith Jr. MIN vs DAL

Smith is heading in the right direction to come back this week after missing a week with a groin injury. He has a good matchup against the Cowboys and should have looked his way in the RedZone.

Sit Em

Hayden Hurst ATL vs @NO

Hurst has been trending in the right direction for fantasy owners since his great game against Minnesota in week six. Still, the Saints’ defense loves to prove me wrong, so it wouldn’t surprise me he goes off against them after I start believing in the saints. For now, I think the Saints will lock down Hurst.
