brown sugar, or even just plain. Add some milk, heat it up for about a minute, and you have a healthy & hot option before walking
out the door. Another great way to liven it up would be to add fruit! My favorite is to add blueberries towards the tail end of
cooking to have them burst and create more flavor and nutrients. Such a simple and fast way to get a nutritious meal in before
starting a busy day!
