Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Another great breakfast hit… banana bread! After trying so many different recipes over the years, I finally found the perfect one.

 

2 cups flour

1 tea. baking soda

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups banana (about 3 large)

1/3 cup yogurt (or applesauce works too!)

1 tea. vanilla

1 tea. cinnamon

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

topped with a sprinkling of sugar for crunch

-bake at 350 degrees for about an hour!

 

This is by far the best I have found! The chocolate chips are optional as well, depending on your taste. This banana bread will be great for snacks during the day or a quick breakfast in the morning that could last you all week. My #1 tip with this recipe is to slice off a piece, spread some butter on it, and warm it up for about 30 seconds, can’t get any better!
