This week and next are some of the hardest on a college student. Trying to finish out the year on a high note and maintain those grades we have been working for all semester! That is why I am posting about the final fuel you need to get through these next two weeks. WATER! Drinking water, water and more water not only acts as a natural detox for your body, but helps to speed your metabolism as well. Drinking a class of room temperature water every single morning first thing is the best way to start your day, and the healthiest. As everyone starts their hour long binges of studying please keep this post in mind and take in as much water as possible!!
