Hi everyone! I hope everyone’s week has been going great. Today I am not going to share a food recipe or a workout, instead, I am going to post about a fun fact. I am going to post a fun fact about working out. I have said this many times but I can’t stress this enough, it is so important to get your body moving. This helps with your mental health or any stress you may be feeling.   1. People who don’t regularly exercise may lose up to 80% of their muscle strength by age 65.
  2. Regular exercise helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Two major risk factors for heart disease.
  3. Improve your mental health and mood with an exercise routine.
  4. Exercise keeps your metabolism elevated even after your workout, and continues to burn more calories even at rest.
  5. The average person walks about 7,500 steps per day. If you stick to that average step count and live to be 80 years old, you’ll walk about 110,000 miles in your lifetime.
  6. You use 200 muscles to take a single step forward.

I thought these were fun facts but as well as important facts to know. Exercise can help you in so many ways and I encourage you all to just get out and even take a walk or go on a treadmill. After your workout or getting your body moving you feel happy and refreshed.
