This “magical”, all natural juice is supposed to give you all the health in the world while matching your instagram aesthetic. Is all the hype worth it? I think so! If you do your research on where you are getting them from and you are aware of what is actually in them, It can be really good for you. Some popular items in these juices
include:
- Turmeric & Cayenne
- These both have an abundance of benefits but their main one is anti-inflammatory properties and boosting metabolism. Just make sure to take a small amount because too much can sometimes have negative effects.
