ICIT is currently looking for a Business Analyst. This position will work with stakeholders to define business requirements for institutional and departmental systems; lead software configuration, development, and testing efforts during system implementation, and provide post – implementation support.

This is an expert level position responsible for working on broad scope projects directly with team members and constituents across UWW campus.

This position works as part of the AIS/Web Team and reports to the Director of Administration Information Systems (AIS) Anand Vangipuram. An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Open Position for Technology Skills Advancement

iCIT is now recruiting for the role of Technology Skills Advancement. The position’s primary responsibility is to develop methodologies for the advancement of the skills of university staff in using technology. The position will provide leadership in the development of training solutions and methodologies to improve the general understanding of technology concepts. The person will transition campus from the traditional approach of teaching software features to methods that focus on departmental business processes. Open Position for Software Technologist Position

iCIT is now recruiting for a Software Technologist, as part of the OTEC unit. The position is open for transfer until December 5. This role will be responsible for supporting client software for campus enterprise and departmental systems.

We are looking for someone with a depth of expertise in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Outlook calendar and email, as well as the Adobe applications used on campus. In addition, the position will be responsible for supporting the operation and use of client software related to iCIT-supported departmental systems. This position will also provide customer consultation to guide people in appropriate and productive use of software.

Open Position For Instructional Facilities Technology Coordinator

iCIT is now recruiting for a Instructional Facilities Technology Coordinator. This position will be responsible for providing state-of-the-art presentation and media technology in general purpose and distance education classrooms. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and the role of technology in delivery of instruction; who has a proven track record of working in collaboration with faculty, academic departments, and external partners; who understands current trends in instructional delivery and can plan instructional facilities of the future to meet the changing needs of faculty and students.

Primary responsibilities include managing technology in facilities that deliver Distance Education (Real time- interactive video) courses and programs, plan, design, and oversee classroom AV technology systems, video distance education systems, such as streaming technology, and related functions.
