Thank you Claudio!

Claudio D’Agostino’s last day with ICIT will be Friday, September 13th.  On behalf of the entire ICIT team, we would like to wish Claudio the absolute best with his new opportunity. Claudio started his first day at UW-Whitewater on January 3rd, 2017 as the Director of Applications Development.

Claudio and his team wasted little time, tackling a major project, the PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade. This was an 18 month long project incorporating more than 35 team members across campus. The upgrade was an overwhelming success, resulting in a 30% customization reduction, minimal user disruption, and was completed without the need of outside consultants.

Additionally, Claudio introduced Agile/Scrum as the portfolio management tool for projects, creating a more efficient and adaptive project workflow for his team.

Claudio and his team are currently in the process of finishing another major project, PeopleSoft Fluid Implementation. The Fluid user interface is a modern, tile oriented and responsive experience that will work on phones, tablets, and desktops without recoding the software. Fluid will provide a seamless, easy-to-understand user experience while navigating WINS.

Once again, we would like to thank Claudio for his hard work and contributions to our team and all of UW-Whitewater.  Fortunately, Claudio will be staying on in a smaller capacity to aid in the completion of Fluid and other critical projects for the next few weeks.  We appreciate his commitment to helping us through this transition.

Thank you Claudio, you will be missed!
