ICIT is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst. In this newly created role, the candidate will establish and maintain business analysis practices and procedures across multiple colleges, divisions and departments, ensuring business requirements are elicited accurately, designs meet business needs, and use cases directly lead to test cases. The position reports to AIS Manager Anand Vangipuram.
An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system fundamentals
- Experience working with ImageNow (Perceptive)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management skills
- Advanced testing techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Teamwork and issue resolution skills
