Favorite memory from being an RA: Playing tackle football with my residents on a day all classes were cancelled because of snow. It was awesome, I got lit up a couple times though.

Favorite memory as a Pro-Staff member: Telling my staff that my wife was pregnant through a staff developmental activity. They got a bit emotional.

Best Advice for Current RAs: Find every way possible to enjoy the position. It is a lot of work, but a ton of fun. When you look back at your college experience you will be happy that you did it.

Best Story: When I was a resident in Wells West (a couple of years ago), students took the shower curtains off of the showers and used them as a slip and slide down the hallway. Very creative, and I wasn’t an RA so I didn’t have to document anyone.
