Stretching/ Meditation
Good Morning everyone! I am posted a stretching workout/ mediation. I am posting this video because there are many benefits to stretching and meditation. The benefits of stretching are:
- Improves your posture.
- Helps to heal and prevent back pain.
- Is great for stress relief.
- Can calm your mind.
This video is only 10 minutes and you can do this at home or in the gym! I know sometimes I can feel overwhelmed or my muscles are sore from a workout. A good way to help your muscles be less sore is stretching! If your feeling stressed meditation is amazing to do. Mediation helps calms the mind. I know many people can’t sit for a long period of time, I am that way. Allow yourself at least 3-5 minutes to sit and meditate!

I agree! It is always important to stretch. I stretch everyday and if I dont I feel horrible for the whole day.

This was a great post! I think that meditation and stretching is what we all need right now with the current state of our world. Everyone needs a reminder to relax and take a deep breath and give your body the attention it needs. I enjoyed this reading!

Hi Nadia,
Another great post I learn the hard way about stretching during fall softball season. I was playing right field went a ball was hit to me. It was going to an easy catch but as was moving up I felt like something hit me on my calf. I was not able to finsh the game and was out for two more weeks. The other prolbem was that I was the coach and leader. After that I made sure to stretch before every game. Thank you great advise and great blog.
