The LGBT* Committee met for the final time this semester on, Thursday, December 8, 2016. Here is some of what was discussed:
- World AIDS Day was a huge success! Ran out of tests, but looking into having them visit monthly
- Safe Zone Training the Trainer Applications – 11 receive so far, hoping for more in the coming weeks
- Update on Preferred Name Option – will be available for Fall 2017
- Campus Pride Index – planned for Spring 2017 semester
