Hi! My name is Samantha Kesich and I have an interest in healthy lifestyles. When talking about healthy lifestyles that can count for healthier eating, exercising, and not only the physical aspects of being healthy but including mental health as well. When I create this blog, my target audience would be people who already are in a routine and follow a healthy lifestyle, but more to people who are looking to get into one. I want my blog to help motivate those people and give ideas of where to start. Wanting to start a healthy lifestyle may seem easy, but it’s harder once you physically are doing it. I want my blog to show people that it will be hard, but it is capable and anyone can achieve something they set their mind to. I want my blog to be a place where people can come to for ideas. Ideas of what healthier meals/snacks they can make, different exercises that can focus on certain parts of the body people want to improve, and ways to help mental health whenever feeling lost, down, or confused.
