Summer Bucket List
Hey there! I hope you are enjoying your summer so far! It is crazy to think that we have already experienced all that June had to offer and are about to embark on the fantastic journey that is July. I am sure that you have a lot on your plate but hopefully you also have a lot of fun activities planned for yourself. One of the best ways to ensure that you get to go on some awesome adventures this summer is to create a Summer Bucket List.
I have a few tips for you based on some of the Summer Bucket Lists that I have seen floating around the internet.
DIVIDE IT INTO CATEGORIES: When you create your list, be sure to divide it up into different categories. For example, list some activities under things to do at home, with your friends, things to beat the heat, or activities that require you to go on an outing. Separating all your activities into separate categories will help you to divide and conquer in a sense. It will also make you feel like you can achieve your goals.
BE REALISTIC: When you start to create your list, be sure that you are adding items that are realistic. If it’s not in your budget to book a flight across the country, then don’t put it on your summer bucket list. Save bigger items like that for a long-term list. Examples of achievable summer goals are having a water balloon fight, going paddle boarding, planting flowers and making s’mores with your friends.
CREATE YOUR OWN LIST: While it is certainly helpful to look around online for examples of a summer bucket list, I definitely recommend that you take a step back and think about the things that excite you! Don’t let your friends or your favorite internet blogger take control of the items that are added to your list. Let this be something you do on your own. This is YOUR list, and it should feel like that.
With these tips, you should be able to create a fantastic Summer Bucket List of your own. Summer is meant to help you relax. It should be a time filled with enjoyable activities and exciting experiences. I hope you find this list to be helpful in planning all your summer adventures.
