Why did you become an RA?: I wanted to challenge myself to try something new
What is your favorite thing about being an RA?: The relationships the form with all the people I get to meet.

Piece of advice for other RA’s: The RA job isn’t always going to be easy, but when you push through the tough times it’s well worth it.
Best story so far: Some residents don’t always know you’re an RA. So I’ve had some interesting experiences with residents like these. The look on their faces when they find out you are an RA is always priceless.
Anything else?: Being an RA is probably going to be one of the most memorable aspects of college for me.
